3. Client Obligations

To ensure project success, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary assets (logos, text, images) in a timely manner
• Provide clear feedback during the review process
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

4. Payments and Refunds

• Invoicing: Services are billed via Stripe, Wire Transfer, or Upwork as agreed
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) may be required to begin work
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work if payments are overdue
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: We retain rights to pre-existing code libraries and design frameworks
• Your IP: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for their intended use
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed

6. Limitation of Liability

All services and code are provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or traffic. TechnoSteps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions often integrate with third-party tools (Stripe, OpenAI, Telegram). We are not responsible for changes or downtime by these platforms that may affect your project.
